Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.


Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 12–20 business days depending on your location and shipping conditions.

Please note that delays caused by customs, holidays, or carriers are outside our control.
